Here is why $299 per seat is absurdly cheap.

What you are currently paying

Your average sales manager earns $120,000-$180,000. They spend approximately 40% of their time on coaching activities — call reviews, 1:1s, written feedback, shadow sessions. That is $48,000-$72,000 per year in coaching labor.

That buys you 10 coached calls per rep per month, feedback delivered 3-5 days after the call, and complete coverage of maybe 30% of your reps at any given time.

Questions you are already thinking.

How long does it take to set up? +

Under one hour. Connect your HubSpot account, configure your scoring rubric, add your reps and their HeyGen avatar IDs. The first call will be processed automatically. There is no implementation project. No professional services engagement. No six-week onboarding.

Do my reps have to consent? +

Yes, and this is non-negotiable. Consent is mandatory before any rep's likeness is used. Both HeyGen and ElevenLabs require their own consent and identity verification processes. Figaro enforces this at the pipeline level — calls for non-consenting reps are scored in text-only mode and do not proceed to avatar generation.

What if a rep refuses to consent? +

They still get the text scorecard and the rewritten script delivered to their Slack. They do not get the avatar video. The coaching content is still valuable — the video is the most powerful format, but the rubric scorecard with direct quotes and the rewritten script still drive behavior change.

Can I customize the scoring rubric? +

Completely. The default rubric covers nine dimensions specific to B2B SaaS sales. You can replace it entirely, add dimensions, change weights, and rewrite the scoring criteria. The rubric is a plain-text file. Professional plan supports multiple rubrics for different call types or rep levels.

What CRM do I need? +

HubSpot today. Salesforce is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. If you use a different CRM, the manual trigger in the dashboard lets you paste transcripts directly — you lose the automatic sync but keep all the coaching functionality.

What if my rep's accent is strong? +

ElevenLabs handles accents well. The voice clone is trained on the rep's actual voice, so the output retains their natural accent and cadence. The coaching video sounds like them — not a generic AI voice.

Is there a free trial? +

14 days, full access, no credit card required. You get the full Professional plan during the trial. At the end of 14 days you choose a plan or you do not. No automatic charge. No sales call required to cancel.

Can I use this for call center agents? +

Yes. Any role where call quality matters and where you can articulate what a good call looks like. Customer success, SDRs, account management, and inbound support teams all fit the model. The rubric is configurable to any call type.

Your reps had 40 calls this week.
How many did your manager actually coach?

If the answer is less than 5, you are leaving money on the table.
